All sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. We do not accept returns on any medical or injectable products. This policy is in place to protect our customers and maintain the highest standards of safety, as these products require controlled storage and handling conditions. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored according to required guidelines, and therefore it cannot be resold or reused.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution. If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive in proper condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Beauty by Kaylee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Refunds are only issued in limited cases where an error has been confirmed on our end. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the error was caused by us.
